All those people who bought acres of vacant land for $10-20K were planning on a nice windfall. But, with the soft landing in the housing market and a significant decrease in the number of new homes being sold and the prices at which homes are being sold, are their dreams of being bought out by real estate development companies over with? Or just prolonged?

Im offering inexpensive direct cremations and burials. Its a lot less expensive then a traditional funeral service while still giving a dignified “coming home”.
Funeral Director. Funeral Establishment. Offering direct services for cremation and burial. Very inexpensive compared to traditional funeral services. When the person dies, theirs no service or cemetery speeches, we pick up body and properly dispose. Licensed by State of California.

I’ve made soft pretzels before, but they never taste like those big, fluffy ones you get at places like that. Last weekend my family drove 2hours to another state just to go to this big market and bought half a dozen to bring home and freeze. We’re big pretzel fans.

The recipes I find on the internet are all the same and none taste like (or even have that same consistency) the big pretzels you get at these places. Any ideas?

I’m in a marketing class and the majority of our grade will depend on how well we do on this simulation game. Is there anybody that has done this simulation game before? my team is in first place right now but one of the other teams is catching up quick. who ever wins the game will get the only passing grade on this game.
