What is a good marketing plan for an insurance agency?

i have this assighnment to make $100,000 worth of sales in 3 weeks. I can go international and my marketing budget is 5,000. What is a good plan to get this moeny? liike how much of what should i sell, when and where?
u dontr have to tell me about gettin all the money. evn if u give me advice on how to get like 10 000 would be great

Hello,
As stated above, i am part of a fairly new company and am loking for help as far as advise or reccomendations as far as marketing or a marketing company to generate more business for our company. We have gone through several marketers and have noticed that it needs to be something special for this kind of work. we have over fourteen thousand doctors all over the state of Florida.
Any help, guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
