How do Internet companies get loans if they do not have any collateral?

Domain names don’t have a lot of sale-type value (Amazon.com is worth more than the $12 they paid to register the domain), so how do they get loans for expansions and stuff?

Credit Profile Numbers are being sold as if it is a specific number given by the US government that can be validated. I was wondering if anyone can prove this, or explain what a CPN is, and if it is just a marketing campaign used by companies online, thanks
