people sending me email address with no messages nothing only blank with their,email addresses to it?

Just want to know where they get my email address and from whom? why they sending me blank email with only their email address attached to it. I don’t remember sending them any and their email address not familiar with me. I check my opt-in email none related to any of them. Please check out for me?
