Our computers are getting destroyed because of using the internet. That’s a fact, and they make you click, that you accept that they aren’t responsible for any damage to your computer otherwise you can’t use the internet.
Everybody’s computer gets infected by downloading things and simply surfing, and that systems32 file gets damaged so you can’t start your computer up; or you have to buy their software to fix it before that file gets messed up.
THE INTERNET COMPANIES ARE ROBBING EVERYBODY.
What can be done to get them to be responsible for what they damage?

It has nothing to do with ISPs, it has to do with people being stupid. Look at this forum – people constantly ask how to disable firewalls and security features so that they can use programs like Limewire to illegally download music and software and movies. Since they’re engaged in illegal activity, hackers take advantage of their greed and seed P2P networks with viruses, which are then downloaded. The problems would be cut in half if people would just stick with legal use of their computers. Vista has lots of security features built in, but people find them annoying so they turn them off and then get surprised when they find a problem.
I’m on my fifth computer and have never had a virus or any sort of malware, because I use multiple firewalls and am careful of where I browse and don’t download illegal files. I pay attention to security and err on the side of caution.
The problems isn’t the ISPs, it’s hackers and stupid, greedy users.
