How do I do a single mail-merge email to my business opt-in leads all at once from my Yahoo address?

June 21, 2009 // Posted in Other - Yahoo! Mail

I have a business in which I help mentor home-business owners on how to massively expand and explode their own businesses. On my business website, there is available my free report on how home entrepreneurs can access the “what” and the “how to” of growing their enterprises. To those who opt-in for this info, I want to then do a mail merge — send the same report to several people at one time, yet it be personalized with their name, as if personally sent by me as a single email. In Word, there is the mail merge feature, but is it available in Yahoo?

The closest you can come to multiple mailings with Yahoo mail is BCC. This does not allow you to use individual names. Perhaps a general greeting would suffice.
At least you can set up categories or lists that would speed up the process.

Go to their suggestion board from Answers home page and let them know that this option would be useful.
